Cineverse Says My Email is not Valid

If you receive the error message “Failed to login. Invalid credentials," it means that your email is not registered to an account with Cineverse or you entered the wrong password.

 

You can register for a Cineverse account by clicking "Sign Up Now" below the "See Plans" button.

  

If you've forgotten your password, you can click the "Forgot Password?" button.
