I'm Experiencing Audio Problems

Audio problems can pop up for a variety of reasons. To help us troubleshoot, please contact us with some important info:

  1. The make and model of your connected device
  2. The make and model of your audio equipment (home theater, etc.)
  3. The name of the movie/show you were watching
  4. A description of the issue you were experiencing (i.e., “No sound playing in the middle” or ‘No audio detected in the film.”
